Lympha — Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lympha, we stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with your results, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — no return required. All we ask is that your request falls within the eligible timeframe and includes a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.


1. Eligibility & Timeframe

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible, regardless of circumstances.
  • Only orders placed directly through getlympha.com qualify. Orders via third-party retailers or resellers are not covered.
  • Subscription renewals processed after the 30-day window are not eligible (see Section 7).

All refund requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically guaranteed. Lympha reserves the right to deny requests that lack sufficient detail or appear inconsistent with normal product use. No exceptions are made beyond the 30-day guarantee window.


2. No Return Required

You do not need to return the product to receive a refund. We will never ask you to ship anything back.

Refunds are issued based on the information provided in your request. Do not send products back without explicit instruction from our team. Unsolicited returns cannot be accepted or processed.


3. Valid Reasons for a Refund

Your request must include a clear and honest reason for your dissatisfaction. Valid reasons include:

  • Product did not meet your expectations
  • Dissatisfaction with results after consistent use
  • Issues with taste, texture, or usability
  • Other reasonable product-related concerns

4. Order Issues & Exceptions

The following situations may qualify for a refund or replacement upon verification:

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team promptly. We may ask for photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect or Missing Items If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us with your order details. A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.

Order Cancellation Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet entered processing. Once an order is in processing or in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

Unfulfilled or Out-of-Stock Items If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.


5. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery-related concerns are evaluated based on carrier tracking data.

Delivered but Not Received If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or replacement. If delivery cannot be confirmed by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Shipping Delays / Premature Delivery Status Carriers may mark an order as delivered up to 24 hours before it physically arrives. Please wait 24 hours before reporting a missing package. If it has still not arrived after that window, contact our support team.

Stolen Packages Lympha is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend contacting your local postal carrier and, if necessary, local authorities.

Delivered to Wrong Address If the carrier delivered to the wrong address due to their own error, we will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification. If an incorrect address was provided by the customer, the order is not eligible for a refund once marked as delivered.


6. Quality Concerns

If you believe there is an issue with product quality, contact our support team with a description of the problem. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, it is your responsibility to manage, modify, or cancel it within the 30-day guarantee period. Renewal charges processed after this window are not eligible for a refund.

Auto-Renewal Lympha subscriptions renew automatically at your selected billing cadence. By placing a subscription order, you confirm that you understand and agree to the auto-renewal terms.

Billing Information You are responsible for keeping your billing details current, including your payment method, card number, and billing address. Updates can be made through your customer portal or by contacting support.


8. How to Submit a Request

Email us at support@getlympha.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm next steps.


9. Refund Processing & Timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Final posting time may vary depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


10. Policy Abuse

To protect the integrity of this guarantee and ensure fairness for all customers:

  • Repeated refund requests may be subject to additional review.
  • Fraudulent or misleading claims will result in denial.
  • Customers who misuse this policy may be permanently restricted from future refunds.

11. Agreement to This Policy

By completing a purchase on getlympha.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, including all eligibility requirements and limitations. Agreement is implicit at the time of purchase.

Lympha reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
